Mango Fruit Cake Making!

Ingredients - 

425 g canned mango in syrup, 500 g mixed dried fruit, 1/2 cup water, 1 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour, 2 eggs lightly beaten

Steps to consider

1- Grease the loaf pan till 15 cm x 25 cm and line base along with sides with baking paper.

2- Take a large pan and combine the un-drained mango slices, mixed dried fruit, and water in that.

3- Bring to boil and simmer. Uncover it for at least one minute and allow it to cool perfectly.

4- Take another bowl and pour eggs and sifted bicarbonate of soda and flour in that, now stir that gradually. 

5- Mix it well and pour the mixture into the prepared pan.

6- Now cook it in a slow oven at the moderate temperature about 160 C for 1 hour or the time till it gets cooked properly.

7- Now it’s ready – the Cool cake is there in Pan.
